As a DCT customer, you are eligible for a wide range of Value Added Services to support your environment. They include, but are not limited to:

Management Reports
DCT has several reports that provide value to you for managing the procurement of micro computer products and providing valuable information for Asset Management efforts. Reports are available electronically and on hard copy. They include: Usage Reports, Back Order Reports, Software HELP Reports, Location and Asset Value Reports.

Evaluation and Beta Services
DCT will work with your Foundation Architectural Team in final preload testing of your custom software loads. In addition, we will work with publishers to provide disaster recovery solutions and "seed" copies of requested software.

Upgrades and Updates
Our Account Team will work closely with your IS organization to ensure that Upgrades and Updates are distributed in a timely manner.
