About Our TechCenter
DCT TechCenter is a commercially secured, ISO 9002, A+ and ESD certified facility. The physical design of the center allows for quick ramp-up for new clients on a variety of different projects. Throughput is a straight line from receiving through finished goods to distribution.
Our A+ technicians are OEM certified and receive an average of 80 hours additional training per year. Certifications include, A+, OEM specific, and Novell Netware.
Our production scheduled approach to repair, and other services, allows for a balanced utilization of our technical work force, maximizes productivity and provides improved cost and management controls. From the moment your products are received into our facility, they follow a series of specific ISO 9002 work instructions that insure consistent quality at each step of the process.
