Purpose:
To define DCT commitment to quality and the goals and objectives of DCT
quality system.
The success of DCT as an organization
depends upon commitment to quality products and quality service from
everyone in the organization. To remain viable as a company, we need
to work together as a team to constantly improve our performance and
service. World class quality depends on all of us.
At DCT, customer satisfaction is our
goal. In pursuit of that goal we have established the following
objectives for our quality system:
- Ship 99% of our orders without
errors or defects
- Respond to 100% of customer claims
within nine business hours.
In addition, we will focus on
improving communication and cooperation between departments,
improving record-keeping practices, and reducing order process time.
DCT welcomes and rewards suggestions
for quality improvement. All department managers and the Vice
President are accessible and will be receptive to the ideas,
questions, or complaints of any DCT employee.
